We believe in fair business practices and to ensure the integrity of this guarantee, we require that the product be returned to us. This policy helps prevent a use of our satisfaction guarantee. Please note that return expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Understanding Wear and Tear

Well-used items may exhibit signs of abrasion and slight fraying over time. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

To initiate a claim, please provide us with clear photos or videos showing the defect. Shipping expenses for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
