Built Different offers a complete break-in service for all glove types, using a state of the art DR3K break-in machine. Gloves will be broken in and game ready by Built Different staff and sent back to the customer. You arrange and pay for shipping to us and we offer free shipping back to you as long as you're in the continental USA. Make sure to include your order number in the package!
 
Break-In Process: Each glove is inspected and many factors are considered prior to break-in. The glove inspection process takes the following into consideration: glove brand, position of player, age of player, level of play, and current condition of glove. With thses metrics assessed, out glove break-in process will ensure maximum comfort, combined with peak performance. 
 
DR3K Break-In Machine: This revolutionary machine breaks in gloves effectively and damage free. The fast pneumatic motion, 1000 psf applied pressure, maximum manipulation, combined with multiple other features offers a game ready feel. 
 
How it works: 
1. Place your order online. 
2. Package your glove. If you don't have a box, please visit your local UPS or packaging store. Please inlcude the order number inside the package, so it is easily identifiable.
3. Ship your glove (see address below).

Upon receiving the glove, the break-in process will take place and the glove will be shipped to you within two business days. Tracking information will be sent you you when the package is shipped.
